À propos de nous :

Takeda is focused on creating better health for people and a brighter future for the world. We aim to discover and deliver life-transforming treatments in our core therapeutic and business areas, including gastrointestinal and inflammation, rare diseases, plasma-derived therapies, oncology, neuroscience and vaccines. Together with our partners, we aim to improve the patient experience and advance a new frontier of treatment options through our dynamic and diverse pipeline. As a leading values-based, R&D-driven biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Japan, we are guided by our commitment to patients, our people and the planet. Our employees in approximately 80 countries and regions are driven by our purpose and are grounded in the values that have defined us for more than two centuries. Takeda in Switzerland is the hub of Europe & Canada Business Unit (EUCAN) and the headquarters for our Global Manufacturing & Supply, Global Quality, and Plasma-Derived Therapies business units. And, as one of Takeda’s global hub locations, many other business areas such as Oncology and many Corporate Functions have a presence here.

This location has a strong company culture. Employees in Zurich participate in many philanthropic activities such as planting trees and cleaning up communities. There are also many social opportunities for colleagues to participate in together, including running, yoga and swimming.

Professionally and personally, Zurich – and Switzerland – has a lot to offer. From the abundance of learning opportunities and prevalent scientific community to the quality of life and central European location, Zurich is a unique and ideal location to build a rich professional and personal life.

Commited to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At Takeda, the commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) is a personal one. Our team is one that spans over 80 different countries, each bringing unique backgrounds and experiences. These diverse perspectives reflect the perspectives of the patients who rely on the treatments we develop.

That’s why we aim to build a more inclusive and equitable environment. In doing so, everyone within Takeda can collaborate in a space free of fear or judgement. This is a culture where all are free to speak up. Where each employee can contribute and grow as an individual while feeling a sense of belonging at Takeda.

Takeda Resource Groups

Takeda Resource Groups (TRGs) are employee-led groups composed of members with similar backgrounds and interests. These are open to all employees and encourage collaboration to build professional networks and community networks. TRGs include:

Takeda's newly redesigned offices in Zürich were created with a strong focus on accessibility. The design was informed by an audit conducted in collaboration with a disability consulting company, resulting in the development of a global design handbook that will guide future office designs at Takeda. Recognizing that everyone has unique needs, Takeda offers reasonable accommodations tailored to individual requirements.

In 2022 a dedicated employee resource group was established in Switzerland. It is called EnAbles and envisions an accessible workplace at Takeda, where all colleagues living with apparent and non-apparent impairments have the opportunity to realize their potential, unencumbered by barriers.
We recognize that disabilities and impairments, whether permanent or temporary, is part of the human experience, at any age, for any reason. We thrive on the contributions of all and believe that embracing our differences makes Takeda a better place for everyone.
