Inklusives Arbeiten bei uns:
Takeda's newly redesigned offices in Zürich were created with a strong focus on accessibility. The design was informed by an audit conducted in collaboration with a disability consulting company, resulting in the development of a global design handbook that will guide future office designs at Takeda. Recognizing that everyone has unique needs, Takeda offers reasonable accommodations tailored to individual requirements.
In 2022 a dedicated employee resource group was established in Switzerland. It is called EnAbles and envisions an accessible workplace at Takeda, where all colleagues living with apparent and non-apparent impairments have the opportunity to realize their potential, unencumbered by barriers.
We recognize that disabilities and impairments, whether permanent or temporary, is part of the human experience, at any age, for any reason. We thrive on the contributions of all and believe that embracing our differences makes Takeda a better place for everyone.
