Full-Stack mobile Solutions Engineer (80-100%) (f/m/d) - Your Code, Our Impact for a More Inclusive World

• Location: Remote or St. Gallen, Switzerland (onboarding in-person)
• Focus: Full-stack development with an emphasis on front-end and app development (Flutter, Dart, Python, OpenAI API)

Your role: You’ll work closely with two developers, a product owner, and a tech & entrepreneurship advisor to:

• Develop AI-Driven Features: Build intelligent solutions like chat personalization, matchmaking systems, and predictive analytics.
• Design and Develop Accessible UX: Design and refine intuitive, user-centered interfaces optimized for accessibility across native mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly prototype, test, and launch new features to improve the user experience.
• Data Management: Implement scalable, privacy-compliant data solutions using Firebase (Firestore) and PostgreSQL (+pgvector).
• Agile Collaboration: Adapt and innovate in a small, agile team committed to solving meaningful challenges.

What you will need:

• Proven experience in full-stack development
• Strong UX/UI skills with a talent for designing intuitive applications and familiarity with accessibility-focused design.
• Expertise in LLM integration (e.g., OpenAI APIs) and passion for solving meaningful challenges through technology.
• Experience building native mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps (with Flutter [Dart] and/or React Native).
• Familiarity with Firebase Hosting and authentication systems.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).

• Backend: Python with Django web framework
• Frontend: Dart with Flutter framework for mobile and web apps
• LLM Integration: API streaming of OpenAI and similar LLMs
• Database: PostgreSQL and Firebase (Firestore)
• Cloud: Primarily Google Cloud
