Technology Specialist - Developer Experience Focus

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Software Engineer or Computer Science with extensive experience in software development, developer experience, or a related field with a proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives. 
• Strong understanding of developer experience principles and methodologies, with a passion for improving the lives of developers through technology and process improvements. 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, API management tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a dynamic and demanding environment. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus. 
• Passion for technology and commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends.

What You Will Do

• Championing developer tools and processes, you will design and implement tools, working environments, processes, and guidance to empower our development teams and improve their daily lives, making building and creating faster and more enjoyable. You will also focus on improving code quality, helping teams minimize bugs through methodologies and tools. 
• You will enhance transparency across delivery squads by enhancing visibility of key codes and modules, facilitating collaboration and effective knowledge sharing. Your role will involve implementing tools and processes that ensure seamless code visibility, scalability, and interaction among different squads, serving as a catalyst for efficient collaboration and preventing duplication of effort. 
• Leading our API Management usages, you will ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our APIs. 
• You will stay ahead of emerging technologies that enhance developer efficiency, driving business value. 
• serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO and other senior leaders, providing strategic guidance on developer experience and API management trends. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, you will advocate for the needs of our development teams and align with our technology strategy.

We are seeking a passionate technology specialist to reshape our development processes and empower our development teams. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will design and implement a comprehensive Technology System, enhancing developer productivity and the potential of collaborative software development.
