Business Analyst – Shared Services

Candidate Profile

Your Profile

  • You are a Master Degree holder (in IT, Finance or equivalent),
  • You have 1+ year of experience in Business Analysis/ Project Management or any related field
  • A previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • You have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit,
  • You are curious, keen to learn in a challenging environment and you are recognized for your ability to analyze.
  • You have strong communications skills in English

Activities

What you will do

As our Shared Services Business Analyst, you will be given the following responsibilities:

BUSINESS VISION REFERENCE

  • Articulate business requirements
  • Establish and strategize release plans aligned with business priorities (backlog)
  • Strategically envision upcoming releases

ENHANCING DEVELOPER UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS NEEDS

  • Gather, document, and prioritize functional specifications/user stories based on the backlog
  • Address development team queries and provide clarifications
  • Present mock-ups for consideration
  • Foster communication and collaboration among stakeholders
  • Contribute to the selection of technical solutions (scripts, workflows, sources, etc.)

ACCEPTANCE TEST

  • Conduct user tests
  • Collect user feedback
  • Ensure the non-regression of proposed new versions

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate and lead the project team to meet deadlines and quality goals
  • Define the project progress schedule
  • Propose functional alternatives considering risks and results
  • Define the user training approach
  • Implement training and support tailored to user needs

SUPPORT

  • Offer user support

REPORTING

  • Communicate progress on solution improvements to both management and users

Context & Environment

We are looking to enhance our IDS Shared Services team to support the growth of our trading activities (T&S and TGP), and therefore expand new Business applications.

The IDS Shared Services team is part of the Information and Digital Systems (IDS) department, which is a mutualized function for trading activities.

Reporting to the Team Leader Shared services, you will be participating in the international deployment and maintenance across three geographic sites and oversee the coordination of a team of development service providers for three branches with multiple locations.

You will evolve in a fast-paced and international environment, and you will have the chance to work with passionate people about what they do and who are never short in ideas.
