RVP Sales, Data Cloud 360 & AI

The Experience

The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales will lead a growing team of Account Executives focused on driving sales growth for Salesforce Data Cloud. In this role, you will develop and execute a sales strategy that delivers strong revenue growth while building a team culture grounded in inclusion, operational excellence, and professional development.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader who is as passionate about developing people as they are about winning in the market.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate strong annual growth in revenue and bookings, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Lead overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for funnel management, and holding yourself and your team accountable to quota attainment.
  • Align cross-functional teams - including product, customer success, services, and marketing - to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers and drive adoption of Salesforce's sales methodology and tools.
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships while continuously identifying new processes and programs to improve overall productivity and results.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5 or more years of experience as a sales manager with a consistent track record of quota overachievement and building referenceable customer relationships.
  • You have proven success leading pipeline generation strategy and execution within a highly matrixed organisation, with experience selling complex software solutions at the C-level.
  • You are skilled at recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You are fluent in English and German and can engage credibly with senior enterprise stakeholders.

Even Better If...

  • You have experience selling modern enterprise cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, or data analytics tools such as Tableau.
  • You have experience in a hyper-growth or emerging product category within enterprise software.
