Your role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to lead lean transformation projects and to join our Business Excellence team. This role is pivotal in leading lean initiatives across the Aubonne site, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leading impactful projects and driving operational excellence.

  • Lead and implement Lean transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Train and mentor employees on Lean methodologies and tools to drive Lean Maturity
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Who you are:

  • Proven competencies inLean methodologies andbackgroundand ideally certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent relevant experiences
  • Demonstrated project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent
  • Operational background and process driven mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial understanding
  • French language skills are a must, good written and verbalEnglish skills
