Your role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to lead lean transformation projects and to join our Business Excellence team. This role is pivotal in leading lean initiatives across the Aubonne site, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leading impactful projects and driving operational excellence.
- Lead and implement Lean transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Train and mentor employees on Lean methodologies and tools to drive Lean Maturity
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- Proven competencies inLean methodologies andbackgroundand ideally certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent relevant experiences
- Demonstrated project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent
- Operational background and process driven mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Financial understanding
- French language skills are a must, good written and verbalEnglish skills
